The Transnational Arbitration Tribunal (TAT) is an independent, non-profit public benefit arbitration venue dedicated to the fair, efficient, and principled resolution of disputes.
TAT administers arbitration and mediation proceedings arising from binding contractual agreements and applicable arbitration law. The Tribunal provides a neutral forum for the resolution of consumer, commercial, employment, industrial, and transnational disputes.
